Who We Are

Steve and Karen have been in the pet industry for over 13 yrs. Having owned and operated a dog/cat boarding facility in Flagstaff, AZ.   What started as a small family owned 2500 sq foot facility quickly became a facility with 3 dog camp yards with indoor and outdoor play areas. 70 plus dens and suites for pets to board overnight as well a state of the art grooming room. Steve and Karen worked with several rescue groups and breeders to assist in transporting their pets from place to place. We have recently retired allowing us time to spend with family, pets and traveling.

Dog/Cat Pickup & Drop-Off

Long-Distance Dog/Cat Transport

Our vehicle is temp controlled with calming music to keep your pet comfortable during their ride. We schedule stops every 3-4 hours with snacks as needed, fresh water always available. Fees are based on mileage, time frame and special needs. Contact us for more info.

Special-Needs & Senior Dog Transport

Extra-attentive transport for senior dogs or pups with mobility or anxiety needs. We tailor pacing, loading assistance, and comfort measures to help reduce stress and keep your dog safe throughout the ride.

Meet Steve and Karen, Canines on the Go
Hello, we are Steve and Karen and we have been in the pet business for over 13 yrs. We own a dog and cat boarding facility in Flagstaff, AZ.  We have 3 indoor and outdoor dog play yards, that over 50 dogs attend daily. Our boarding facility can care for 70 plus dogs and cats. We have 5 doggie family members, who actually run the household.  Tullip our springer cavalier mix is our Mascot and she loves to go for car rides.  We are both certified in medication administration, first aid and cpr for pets.  We have assisted several rescue organizations over the years with transport as well foster parents. 2 of our family members are foster fits,  you can see their photo in the back of the car.

Chewiee

Special Transport
     

Chew was a special request, and very last minute, his parent had passed away and he needed a new home and foster care asap. I needed to get him to Arizona so we could match him to a new family. We were put in touch with Steve & Karen and they were able to leave and drive to Blythe to pick up Chewiee within 24 hours. We received pictures during and after the 7-hour trip. It was very comforting and appreciative. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing top transport for their pets.
